Looking to get started in detecting and eliminating hexavalent chromium? This is the kit for you!

HexChecks Starter Kit contains (20) HexChecks Test Swabs, (4) Hexavalent Chromium Neutralizer packs (makes 1 gallon total), and a 1-quart Spray Bottle.

To check for hex chrome, activate a Test Swab, swipe, and if the swab turns pink hex chrome is present. When hex chrome is detected, it is time to neutralize with HexChecks Neutralizer.

Our Neutralizer is provided as a powdered concentrate, which saves you 98% in shipping weight, 99% in storage space, and tremendously simplifies job site logistics. Add a pre-measured Neutralizer pack into the spray bottle, add water, mix thoroughly, and spray contamination to neutralize on contact!  Unlike other products that are soaps or detergents and merely move contamination around, HexChecks Neutralizer eliminates hex chrome on contact via chemical reaction.  Neutralizer is non-hazardous, non-staining, non-corrosive, and non-abrasive. Use a HexChecks Test Swab to confirm the jobsite is safe and free of Cr(VI).
